According to regulatory bodies like the FDA, the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as aceclofenac, the active ingredient in Zerodol CR, after 20 weeks of pregnancy can cause rare but serious kidney problems in an unborn baby.
